What you can do at a UPS Access Point
- Collect a parcel: choose an Access Point at checkout, or redirect a delivery to one.
- Drop off a prepaid, labelled parcel or a return. Many points accept a QR code instead of a printed label.
- Use a locker: self-service, often open longer than the shop it stands in.

The collection notice or code from UPS and a valid photo ID. Rules for collecting on someone else's behalf vary by country; your notification says what applies.
How long is a parcel held?
Usually about a week. The exact period is in your UPS notification; after it, the parcel goes back to the sender.
Can I send a parcel without printing a label?
At points listed with "Send without printing a label", yes: show the QR code from the shipper or the return portal.
